Google Noto Color Emoji Android 8.0

Android 8.0 "Oreo" was released on August 21, 2017. This update included a complete redesign of every emoji, including a transformation of all "blob" smileys into a more common circle shape.

This release also added support for Emoji 5.0 including all new code points and subdivision flags for England, Scotland, and Wales. More about this update.
